Preordering factions question - Guild Wars Forums

Hello all
I was wondering if there is a way to order just the factions CD key without having to purchase the box.
You see I live in Dubai (yes, that is in the middle east) and i don't know where to pre-order factions from, and it would be awesome if u guys gave me a link or some info on where u can just purchase the CD key.
