How the heck do I beat the 'Song and Stone' quest? (spoilers obviously) - Guild Wars Forums

I assume I need a human party, instead of just henchies? When I wait for them, they don't show, and when I move on, they pick the singers off before I can get back to save them. Also, I heard (read: the ruddy NPC Count du Heltzer said) that you can buy faction for gold. I'm fed up with pvp and quest running around. Not only that, I've done almost all the quests (just this one and then there's the 'respawnable' quests in Ferndale) so getting more faction that way is going to be a time consumnig butt-pain. I only need about 1.3k faction left.

So, any help with this quest, and faction gathering in general? ??.??
