Were do i get the Sentinals armor that was in the pre event, the armor that lukas the henchman uses.?

I'd like to add to this- where is the freaking crafter for Krytan armor? I ran across him over the weekend, but tried to find the fool today and couldn't for the life of me! I keep thinking he's either in Bukdek or Wajuun, but I looked and looked and couldn't find him again! Could someone post a minimap or something?

Sentinel's - It's Kurzick armor.

Krytan - That's outside Vizunah Square (Foreign Quarter). Just head south.
