A-net said they would have new cape emblems and everything, but nothing is new yet. I'm thinking it's becuase they are still judging the ones for the contest, but does anyone know for sure when they are coming?

i have been wondering the same thing myself. i am looking forward to the new cape emblems but the least anet could do is give us an update on how things are going with them.

ok i was searching the GW sight about this contest and this is what i came across....

Announcement: Winners will be announced on or before May 15, 2006. If a winner cannot be contacted at the email address they submitted, or is contacted and does not respond by signing and returning to us for our receipt within the time indicated on the documents, an Affidavit of Eligibility (or, in Canada, a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules) and Liability/Publicity Release, or refuses or is ineligible to accept a prize, the prize may be awarded to the next highest ranking entrant on or about May 31, 2006. Any prize not claimed by one alternately chosen winner will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prize for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal value. Taxes on prizes (including, without limitation, income or withholding taxes or duties), if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.

Like i said this came off of the GW website, i just dont want to get in trouble for plagurizing(s/c) so i am giving credit to GW for originaly typing this up, because it never really said who typed it.
