It wasn't in the FAQ and searching "Dagger Speed" brought up 2 threads that had nothing to do with daggers.

Anyway, whats the speed and how do double attacks work?

Supposedly at the same speed as a sword or axe, 1.33 seconds., One second at rank 16.
