Cinematics i can view - Guild Wars Forums

Is there a place where i can view all the cinematics? cause i dont think that i will ever get past ring of fire.

or can someone just record it if it is not illeagal or against Anet rules

The only way to view in-game cinematics is to play through them or watch a video of them (don't see why they would be illegal to record.. as long as you don't try and make money from the recording or use the recording in another game/profuct..)
