Whats with this i saw someon buying 3 for 300k??

i'm sure they meant 300g since I just saw someone buying them for 100g each.

My guess is that he had been spamming to buy them for about 15 minutes and noone had them/wanted to sell to him so he put up a joke offer. But, if there is something that valuable that can be obtained from them, I'd like to know as well....

Yeah, there are a few collectors for Pulsating Growths (maatu keep and zin zu corridor for example) but -none- of those collectors items are worth 500k. By of value, I meant something that would have atleast netted him his offering price (100k per) if he was serious, which I extremely doubt he was.

Was in a PUG to do Temple the other day and got a Growth... A party member offered to pay me 500g for it, and any others I had.

I refused

Figured if they wanted it bad enough to pay 500g for it, I should find out what it is useful for first.

You use it to get 15^50 weapons from collector in Waasomething Keep.

Was it a necro? Zin zu Corridor has the 20% +1 Death Magic focus, which is what my necro used his for.

Maatu Keep has:

Dirks
Dmg 15%>50

Hypnotic Scepter
20% recharge Illusion, Energy +5 while health <50%

Evil Eye Staff
20/20 Blood spells

Dadao Sword
+15% while enchanted (by the looks of the icon, I like the skin)

Recurve Bow
+15% above 50

Spawning Staff (Req9 Spawning)
20/20 Restoration

Zin Zu Corridor has:

Dirks
+20% while hexed

Bleached Skull
20% +1 Death Magic, +30 health

Fire Wand
20% recharge Fire, +5 energy while health <50%

Divine Symbol
20/20 Divine

Cleaver
+15% >50

Ceremonial Cauldron
+1 Spawning 20%, +30 Health

*All foci and staves have, of course, their natural max energy bonuses.

And of course there has to be some collectors out in the areas where there are afflicted, but this are the easily accessible ones.
