it's been a while(forgive me if this sounds confusing)

when guild wars factions was about to be released i managed to get a copy of the pre~order cd...but i never installed it!!!but then i whent out and bourght a full copy of the game, so i was wondering if the code number i got with the pre~order version still be valid, as the codes could be used to unlock wepons in the game as it says that on the box or were the pre order cds just usable until the official release of the game

Sure it is still good, just make sure you add it by using manage access key.

If you have any questions ask here before you add the code, you get 1 chance at doing it right or worng, then your stuck

when i enter the code will it change anything that i have already done in the game in the factions part of the game(i.e change my char's xp back to lvl 1)

Don't know, as I added the code before the retail code, but I doubt that it will change anything. IMO it will just add the preorder weapons to your account.

If it does change anything just contact support and I'm sure they will fix it.

I added the pre-order code for the ithas bow well after Prophecies had been released, and it worked fine. I imagine this'll be no different.
