need help whit ugrades - Guild Wars Forums

i got a question how come wen i salveg a item i only get the 1 ugrade like assassin upgrade of fortitude 30+ hp but wen i want to salveg 20/20 penetration/suraonding i cand get it but ppl sell it enywey how du they get it`? and thanks

Its all chance.
You don't get to pick what upgrade you get (if you even get one at all, sometimes you'll just get materials).

Those people just happened to get that upgrade
