Armor set question - Guild Wars Forums

Hey im getting Obsidian Armor and i was wondering what you guys thought of this setting.

Head: Ascy
Chest: Glad
Legging: Glad
Gaunts: Berserker
Boots: Ascy/Knights [They do the same thing right??]

EDIT: oh and any ideas of where to put my runes ^_^

Knights and Ascalon do indeed do the same thing.

If the Ascalon Helm gives +1 to the weapon you are using, then sure use it.

The only thing that seems strange in the Berzerker Gauntlets. There's nothing wrong with the berzerker stuff, but if you think energy is important to your build (as is evident from your Glad chest and legs), then why not 1 more energy from Gald gauntlets instead of +5 health?

Edit:
As for runes. Placement of runes doesn't matter. You'll clearly want Sup Vigor and Sup Absorbtion. Usually, you'll want Sup Tactics, Minor <weapon>, and minor Strength for PvE, and Sup <weapon>, Minor Tactics, and either Minor or Sup Strength for PvP. Personally, I always put Vigor on the pants, so my chars have vigorous loins... :-P
