... yeah, he's in Droks and if you give him 5 stone summit badges you get an item blah blah blah... but the Grim Cesta he sells has these stats:
Energy +12 [req 9 soul reaping]
HCT of Soul Reaping Spells 20%
HRT of Soul Reaping Spells 20%

Are there ANY soul reaping spells? ...

Nope. This has been brought up before. If the search function is currently, well, functioning try and do a search of this. There are a few threads with peoples ideas about it. Basically it all comes down to: this offhand doesn't do anything but give you +12E for 9 Soul Reaping.

Wail of Doom is very nice I might add... well vs melee / ranged
