Can a character from Tyria get the canthan title for all missions completed, it says there is nothing on the island for outlanders but I'm curious if you can still do the 2 missions on it. Thanks!

Originally, you couldn't, but they changed that just recently, so you're Tyrian can now complete the 2 missions on the Island.

So, now Tyrian's can get the Defender of Cantha title, and I believe that Canthans can now get Defender of Tyria as well.
