How long after u buy factions CE do u get Miniature Kuunavang? - Guild Wars Forums

My friend just bought the CE and he hasnt received the "u have a gift etc" thingy. how long til he gets it? will the /getbonus (is that it) work or does it have to say u have a new item? Thanks
