I checked out all the forums to see where this question should best be posted, and I figured it was here. Please move this topic if it's in the wrong spot.

I need help with a price for an item-a Vampiric Zodiac sword of Warding.
15-22 damage req. 8 sword mastery
+15% damage
-5 energy
lifesteal 3/1
+7 armor vs. elemental magic

I don't have any GW friends that would know, and I usually don't sell items myself. One person told me it was worth a TON of gold, a mind-boggling amount, but I talked to another and he said it was crap, only worth 40k. I don't know who was lying, and I'm a poor ignorant person needing assisstance.
