hay all, can some on please tell me how many beers/ales it takes to get drunk?

and in fractions, what mission do u need to get up to befor u can make an allience?

4 ale to get drunk, one ale each minute to keep it up.

It's Factions not fractions, and you need to do the following missions before you can form an alliance

1. Minister Cho's Estate
2. Zen Daijun
3. Vizunah Square (local or foreign quarter)
4. Nahpui Quarters
5. Tahnnakai Temple
6. Arborstone
7. Boreas Seabed
8. Sunjiang District

If you are using a Tyrian character, then you can skip Missions 1 and 2. Furthermore, there are several quests between the missions that you must do to get to the next mission.
