Im stuck between these two options.

1. Start in Cantha, then move to tryia and complete Prophecies.
2. Start In Prophecies and play as normal.

I'd start any new characters in Cantha, because advancement is so much faster. You'll be level 19~20 by the time you go over to Tyria, whereas starting in Tyria usually gets you to 15 by LA.

The decreased time investment is the real kicker though. Unless you absolutely want one of the Tyrian appearance settings, make a Canthan.
