Ok recently I have been seeing the name phoenix blade flying around alot and I was really interested in where this item is dropped. I would appriciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I got a +5en phoenix blade from a Raisu Palace chest. Assuming the contents haven't been changed since, I'd say you may find one there.
