I hear every one talking about a PuG what the heck are they, also what do they do?

Pick Up Group. A group made of people who just join together in an outpost for a specific mission or quest--aka, anything that isn't a guild group or group of friends.

Pick Up Group, its like saying tank LFG, its just a random group of people to do a mission/quest
