PvP weapon - Guild Wars Forums

PvP character can select below:
rod req9 energy+15/energy regen-1 halves skill rechaege of xx(20%)

In a RPG mode,I can get same one? i searched weaponcrafter and collecter,but never find them...

you can but u have to buy from another player...search the sell forums might find 1 there

but probably that is very expensive so i use 15/-1 wand(c1 collecter item).

today,i checked Guildwiki,weaponsmith in maatu keep make this!

soon,i go to maatu keep

.......

all attribute weapon exist.... without Inspiration Magic

why does not exist only inspiration magic...
