Blind
Hi,
Iv been doing a lot of random arenas lately and want to make sure im on a level playing field Occasionally - probably when I come across someone half decent I get blinded a lot I already have a reduces blind shield that and want to know how it works and whether it stacks in order to keep me as blind free as possible For example: can I just switch sets (from main set to the set with the reduce blind shield) for 1 second and the reduces blind bonus on the shield will kick in or is it needed to be on for the duration of the blind? Also if this is the case, can I switch to shield and then switch to a staff that reduces blind by 20%, making blind last about 40% less |

No, the reduction only takes effect if you have it equipped when the condition occurs. Swapping won't do you any good after the fact.

I have never seen a Reduced Blindness single-handed weapon, but if there is such a thing then yes; it should stack.
