Leveling Cantha characters in Tyria... - Guild Wars Forums

This is my first post

and I am not exactly sure what to say... I have a question.
I have 3 Canthan characters that I want to level in Tyria because I have really bad lag in the cities of Cantha

. Can this be done

? I have noticed that I don't get any xp from the missions in Tyria. Help?

welcome

quests at/after Lions Arch work and anything you kill gives exp according to your relative levels

missions can be done but you dont get the exp bonus

possibly missions after Lions give bonus but havent tried so i dont know

Yes, any mission after Lion's Arch with give you 1kxp and skill point for mission and 1kxp for bonus.

Wow. You must have staggering levels of lag. I've found I'm doing just the opposite. I'm bringing my Tyrian characters to Cantha for the 3K quests and getting them to 20th and then going on with the mission in Tyria.

I took my ritualist to tyria to level up from 18.....cantha lag for me is also very bad. I was able to do most of the quests after lions arch minus the last hog, and have been doing the missions from there as well. Since my 2ndary is ele I have been doing the quests with the free skills (found about 10 or so I can do, saves me 10plat). And then I will be capping some of the elites there as well (ele)......since I have done this before I find it easier to cap and do the missions with henchies and can level up pretty fast as well.
