From Faction to Prophecy
i was wondering, if i started a character in Faction, then installed the old GW:Prophecy, will i be able to use my new Faction Character in Prophecy to aquire some old skills?
or do i need to start a brand new character from Prophecy to get Tyria skills? |

but does it has to be a brand new character? cuz i have a level 20 character in faction already, and i am not sure if i can still bring it to Tyria, since i didn't choose the "Start from Prohecy Campaign" when i create it.

You can take lvl20 Canthan characters over to Chapter1.
That "Start in" is just their HOME continent, you can freely take them to which over continent you want. Go to Kieneng Center, and theres a gaurd near all the traders, he gives you a quest go out to the docks, this is how you get on the boat to go over to Tyria. You end up in Loin's Arch, explore from there as you like. |

You get taken back to Lions Arch in Prophecies, which is an awesome outpost. From there you can go east or west. Going to Ascalon, Yaks, and those places will mess up the storyline, so I would go west first, then when you beat it go back and do the couple of missions you skipped.
