i am a w/mo right now , but i want to switch to a w/e.
Do they have ele skill quests avaliable after I switch to ele?

Yes, but not many.

If I remember correctly, there's one quest from just outside Ascalon (where the White Mantle guy is), one from Serenity Temple and one from Yak's Bend.

Same applies to other professions, but the trainers are scattered about a bit (all before Yak's though).

yea, only the 3 or so "One Profession Only" quests are available to you after swithing to that secondary.

You missed out on all the dual profession quests you already beat - you cant redo them to get ele skill rewards.
