ay, you can't get your helmet yet, you can collect the collectibles though

its like the update before release of factions, with the quests to find a place for cantha people. just a simple teaser and preload.

No it has not started, they're just getting it setup. Just so they don't shut down GW for like a hour or two they'll do it in little updates until event starts.
