Mesmer Virtuoso armor bonus question. - Guild Wars Forums

Search is down, AGAIN =/. So forgive me if this has been answered already...

On guildwiki, it says virtuoso armor bonus of +15 while activating skills is global, however I remember a topic where that was a bug for only prophecies armor, and that the factions virtuoso armor ISN'T global. I'd just love some confirmation, as to wether I should buy my virtouso gloves in kaineng or in droks.

Guildwiki is always right, or at least it is after the admins clean out all the "new green weapon" topics. It's universal, just like Warrior Knight's armor.
