Spirit recharge isnt affected by communing? - Guild Wars Forums

I heard that if I have 20/20 communing staff that the spirits I use won have the recharge. Is this true? If so what affects them?

Rituals aren't spells.

20/20 Communing SPELLS. Spirits are BINDING RITUALS.
