2 PCs play GW through router
I have 2 Guild wars account and 2 PCs connected to internet through router. But only one PC can play Guild wars. What should I do to make these 2 PCs play Guild wars at the same time?

if both comps are using 2 seperate accounts.. i dont see a problem with the games themselves not letting you play.. i see a problem with either an ip conflict.. or somthing along those lines.. its prolly your router.. try this thread in the tek support forum they can help ya better

unless you're trying to use the same account it should work just fine.

I have 2 PCs connected on the same ADSL Router and I have no problems playing Guild Wars, neither does my daughter who uses the 2nd PC, i.e. we both play with our respective accounts.

I had problems with lagg when I did that, but I think that is more related to the connection speed of my router and not the computers. As lonbg as your connection speed is ok I don't think you will have any other issues |

Hmmm... just a guess, but try turning off your port-forwarding.

Do both PC's have the same firewall? Could Guild Wars be being blocked by the firewall on one of the PCs?
With many firewalls you have to say "Yes" to allow the program to access the internet the first time you use it. Just a suggestion.. |

Need more info
We need more info to resolve this problem.
Are both pc's able to access the internet at the same time? When launching Guild Wars does it say it can't connect or does it not allow you to login? If you do get logged in, does it boot the other machine off of Guild Wars? Be specific and list any errors you get, if any. |
