Salvaging Mods From Items
Ok one day farming i got two gold drops 1 had a perfect furious mod on it the other had a perfect enchantment mod on it. When i went to salvage them all i got was a steel ignot and 7 wood planks. When i salvaged i used an expert salvage kit. Did i do something wrong or can you salvage something and not get a mod from it.
Thanx |

Yea, its completely random. I believe out of the two mods, you have a better chance of aquiring either the prefix or the suffix, and the rest is materials. Unlucky :P

That happens sometimes, even with the ESK. Chalk it up to a bit of bad luck.

you used the wrong kit. theres a slavage kit that sells for 2k..... i forget the name but it has 100 uses and its meant to slavage mods. It works most of the time I would like to say about only 20% of tries fail.

And the percentage of failure is likely lower than that, probably more like 5%. |

It dosen't matter if you get the Expert kit or the Superior kit they both do the same thing and get about the same % of getting the mod or getting materials man ppl has said that so many times on the forum both of the kits do the same thing with the same % out of each the only different is the amount of uses you get from the two
