The update lists a whole bunch of "Promotional Items"... What are they? Are they Temporary new items only available for a limited time?

i think those are the Asian (Taiwan,Japan,etc) promo items we have been drooling over

which are not available to US/EU

ah, that makes sense. It says they were updated, not added...
