My question is simple. Are there any base bonusses too celestial weapons, in this case a longbow?

they just have a unique skin, but for the res a celestial longbow is the same as any other longbow.

Ya, all that is different is the skin, a celestial longbow in your case, would have the same inherent bonuses(not counting dmg mods/+5 energy) as any other one.
