Is there any staff anyone knows of that has the following mods:

halves casting time of spells (10%)
halves skill recharge of spells (10%)
+30hp
+30hp
-------------------------------------

???

If there is no green, is there a crafter/collector who can trade me a 10/10 staff anywhere? I can't seem to locate them

im worried they are only in existence in green form >_>

nope theres a prot +60 and a heal +60 20/20

only thing you could find is a nice gold and 2 +30 upgrades

Uh, the clossest thing that I found was Gorrel's Staff.

Halves Casting time of spells 10%
+30 hp
+30 hp
Reduces Deep Would duration by 20%

You'll have to buy a 10/10 staff off a player/find it from a drop, and add a hale staff head +30hp and a staff wrapping of fortitude +30hp.

don't know any 10/10 +60

Closest is Gorrels.

Or one of the Tombs Staves (They have 10/10, but they have +5e and +30HP, instead of two +30s)
