Skill pack code in specail edition - Guild Wars Forums

When you buy special edition you get a code that unlocks 7 skills, 1 elite skill and 2 weapon or armour upgrades. I follow the isntructions, go to edit account < manage access keys and click next but theres nothing there where i can enter it, can anyone help?

I think you use this button on the main screen, before you log in:

From there you can enter a username & password for an existing account, and choose to add a new access key to it.

Click on "I Have a new key " on the main login menu. (on the right in the picture linked above)
It then asks which account you wish to add it to, just follow instructions from then.

but it asks for my main guild wars key, not the skill pack key.

This is in the first I have heard of this skill pack key, why didn't anyone say anything about it?

I added the skill pack key of the special ed to my collectors acc with no problem, Im pretty sure I simply went to the "Add key" feature to get the bonuses.

This is the correct way. Tested it myself with a spare skill pack code.

Well I was just about to send the code to you, but then I saw this thread and I simply had to confirm the right way to add the code myself.
