Price: full Service 18k (I will Provide Material)
There's no need for anyone who wants a +5e to have to pay some ridiculous price for it.

How can this b done? looks like the basic 5k crafter weapons from kaineng but with +5 energy mods.

Can anyone do it? where? thanks.
