hey guys umm i have a very noobish question how do i get a guild hall this is my first guild and i want to get a hall but idk how please help me

First, purchase a Celestial Sigil or get one through the PvP event..

You purchase a Celestial Sigil from the sigil traders in the guild halls that you can acces through Lion's Arch if Prophecies or Kaineng Center if Factions. Right now Sigils are only 8.5k so I would definatly purchase one now
