Nightfall query - Guild Wars Forums

Hey whats with this new nightfall thing? Is it gonna be similiar to faction? OR is it just a temperary for the PVP event, and the 2 new characters .. are they just temperary too?

this is a weekend PVP event to show some of the upcoming full game release of GUILDWARS : NIGHTFALL (CHAPTER 3)

later there will be a PVE weekend event as well.

Nightfall is scheduled for release OCT/NOV and will be different from Factions big time as it is more PVE oriented and done by the chapter 1 team.

not so quick actually as they have two teams on a staggered 6 month schedule giving one full year on each chapter.

Nightfall was started october of 05 and is being released OCT/NOV 06
