I just picked up a gold Dragon Staff of Defense and have no idea how much its worth or who would use it. I'll post the stats right here.

Light Damage 11-22 ( Requires 8 Smiting Prayers )
Halves Casting Time of Blood Magic Spells ( Chance: 20% )
Reduces Deep Wound Duration On You By 20%
Armor +5
Value: 208 Gold

it's trash to most ppl since normally you wouldn't see a Necro use a smiting skill or a monk using necro skills
