Does the faster running speed and burning damage still happen if you are mended prematurely?

From the skill description, it sounds like casting the enchantment sets you alight, and the speed boost (and enchantment) remain for the whole five seconds even if the burning is removed.

yes, you just take less degen damage from the burning
