ive always wondered about this how do i report scammers ive thretened many people with reporting them but they were idle threats if some one could awnser this question thatd be great.

Being scammed is your own fault, and if it's from runs, they will care even less.

To report someone go to Guild Wars official website and click on the Support link. You will be taken to this page:
http://www.guildwars.com/support/
Click on your zone, register and follow the instructions.
Remember to take a screenie to prove the scam. Always take a couple of screenies when trading/asking for services.

not to highjack the thread but.... what about the idiots who spam zones with www.xxxxxxx.com for hacks and cheats and what not.

i just hate cheaters/hackers

You can report them as well. Just make a screenie of the chat window.
