ok, this is stupid but

where do i go to join the kurzicks?

Just play through the missions in factions and you will be given the choice to choose which side you want.

If you mean where does your guild leader go to officially align your guild with the Kurzicks so you can start an alliance; it's in House Zu Heltzer.

For you guild to join the Kurzick, your guildleader need to talk to the Kurzick Ambassador in House of Heltzer. For Luxon, talk to the Luxon Ambassador in Cavalon. Only your guild leader can do this.
