if u get a guild hall that is one of the new canthan guild halls and u invite ppl that only have proficies into the guild( like can they go to the guild hall?)?

I believe so. Since its an update for the whole game, i think it also effects prophecies. I could be wrong but im pretty sure they can.

Yes. Infact you don't even need to own Factions to get one of the "Factions" Guild Halls...

They have the Temple of Balthazar so sure they can.

Anything on the Battle Isles is considered "Core Area".

Your guild hall is on the battle isles.
