Where does Tarnok spawn? - Guild Wars Forums

I need his recurve bow to complete my rangers recurve set. But I can never find him, bosses used to spawn in teh jungle in FA now they don't :-(

I think it was said that he is one of the two bosses that only spawn without a quest active.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume they don't want it..... considering this thread is 6 months old!!
