Actually there is a secret to giving gwen the iris flowers and other such things. There was a thread posted on guildwarswiki.com gave away the secret, not sure if it's true but gwen should be giving something in return

apart from the tapestry, she doesn't give anything else.

Once you give her a new flute, every time she plays it, you receive a 20HP heal. Once you get this her "services" are instantly available to all new Tyrian characters

theyre a great gift come valentines day -- a dozen red iris flowers, are the best gift to give in GW to your special lady friends or man friends, whichever way you roll.

After Presearing, you can talk to a Xunlai Agent and pay them (I think 50g) to get a storage account where you can store items. You can put most if not all items in it, dyes included.

Actually, you have access to it only if you have Factions. You need to pay a Xunlai representative in Kaineng Center 50g to activate it per character.

Wrong milias, that's the materials storage upgrade.

Beatrix is on about the standard 25-slot storage available to Tyrians and Canthans alike.
