Default how long does it take to get help from nc support

I recently tried to purchase the skill pack for 42 dollars from nc soft.. well when i clicked purchase it gave me an error message... i thought it was odd so i backed out and checked over my info one more time..

i then hit submit again. thinking that it was a fluke that i got the error. I then got the error message again.

I then went to check my account and sure as shit i had 2 charges from nc soft to my account for 42 dollars.. that is 84 bucks total.

I called my bank and asked for a reverse on the charge.. and they said only the people who you purchased it from can do that.

So i contacted nc support and told them to reverse the charges.

here is what i was sent:

why in gods name did i get an error.. i had just purchased a char slot the day before.. it must be this new feature they added....

well does anyone have any clue how long it will be before i get the pending charges removed?

as far as i can tell its gonna be a bitch cause looks to me like nc is giving me the old run around bullshit... this game is no longer fun when people f^ck around with your money

Kind of but not really rellevant to your plight, they really should make it so that you can't even add it to your cart if you already have it all unlocked. Just like you can't add a campaign you already own to the cart.


It's definitely going to be a pain to sort that out. Like your bank said, definitely get the reverse through plaync support. I believe the EULA says they'll ban accounts that reverse charges without going through the proper channels. But let's plz not turn this into another EULA thread

it can be a couple hours, it could be 48 hours, possibly even more. All depends on how busy they are. And keep in mind that since there is a new service, there is bound to be bugs, and there is bound to be more than the normal amount of people requesting asistance.

ya i hear ya there.. what really burns my ass is that they go about these new features like they are candy.. they need to slow down and bug test it first..

this is a great example that they are rushing to much. i mean.. they have 84 of my dollars... i have nothing... now i get to stress out and try to fix it.. so im getting the wang of it no matter what

thanks nc soft.. way to get that monthly subscription for 8 months outa me with one well placed bug...

Most of the time when i contact them i have a reply in 30mins or so...maybe im just lucky
