Is this quest bugged or what?? - Guild Wars Forums

I`ve been doing quest called "Finding the orrian tome", and in the quest I`m supose to listen to bandits without beeing detected...well I messed up and it said that quest had failed and that I was suposed to go out of that area and try again.Long story short

when I do that the quest doesnt reset...can anyone help....what should I do?

anways you have to go back to the newest outpost/town. i believe just zoneing out the area does not work

doh it wasn't mybad. Also read the "Discussion" on wiki about a bug in the quest that you might have.

Abandoning the quest and getting it again did the trick for me.

Re-zoning and coming back didn't help for me either. But my partner found, and I have since confirmed, that you don't even need to re-zone. Just carry on wandering around the area until you come across the boss, kill him, and he drops the tome anyway..

thx for the post, guys. I was stuck on this one as well. Wandered around the city until I found the leader and finished it.

Sigh, now all I need is a boss with necro skills.
