What Are You Doing Today?
It seems to me that the best guilds (in terms of fun, not in terms of 'lolz we have 6456432187987321 lxuon facton' or in terms of rank) all have events and activities that they do regularly. I would like to hear from members (or leaders or officers) of such guilds what they do along these lines, so I can generate (or, given permission, borrow) ideas.
So, let's hear what your guild does for fun! |

Do you do that regularly? How do you schedule it?
As far as ideas, I have a few... I want to hear more though: -UW days -FoW days -Title days (where guildies get together and do something to get closer to a title, i.e. capping elites, getting Master's awards or bonuses, exploring) -lottery (where people with too much stuff in storage put their stuff up for grabs, not sure how a winner would be determined) -dance days (go to somewhere and get as many people dancing as possible) -joke of the day -elite mission days (if we can find reliable ferries beforehand) -joke/limerick contest (this is good because everyone can be doing their own thing and still participate) -Isles days (where we do PvP; TA, HA, etc.) -guild scrimmages (for practice) -GvG matches This will be easier to plan once the forums are up. |

Our guild mostly a "social" PvE guild. We do have regularly scheduled events. We have a website/forum with a calendar and we use the in-game guild announcement as well. As for events....
We have a dedicated mission night. We have tried these others in the past, high level PvE (Fow, UW, Sorrow's, Elite missions). We also have a photo day once in awhile to get a nice shot of our current members to put onn the website. Also have an explorerer's night as well. We do all of these things at other times as well, but find it's nice to have a dedicated time so people know there will be people to do these things with. |

My guild is too small in terms of active people to have stuff planned lol. Its mostly like "Hey, we have 7-9 people online, COME TO GUILD HALL FOR GVG!" then anything else is sort of not planned and often doesnt happen.

My guidl( I am only a lowly member) have PvE nights on Monday nad PvP nights on wedensday and Friday. the weekend is left free. On Monday people log on and the officers sniff around to see what everybody is interested in doing, sometimes it is pre planned. Since the ladder opened again we generally do GvG practice on Wedensdays and Fridays. It is pretty fun seeing as you know a good team is going to be online and you'll alwyas do something.
