question: does this drop anymore - Guild Wars Forums

hi, i really dont know where to ask this question. so if this is not the right place can a mod be kind enough to move it to the proper forum

. well, my question is does -2 while in stance with -2 while enchanted shield drop anymore??? i have been hearing people say they dont drop anymore or not sure if they drop anymore.... i just want to double check...thanks

The proper forum for questions is... the Questions & Answers forum. (Unless there's already a forum for it, like Price Checks and Farming.)

Anyhow, I don't see why they wouldn't drop anymore.

lol...nah no one was trying to sell me anything nor was i selling anything.... it was just something i read somewhere here and heard a few ppl asking if they drop anymore.... and i thought it should still drop but just wanted to double check..... any way thanks for th confirmation

Wiki says those are valid combinations, has said that for a while (says it in two different articles).

Might be better in the PC forum, where the traders that know the market well go. Anyway, it was said that at factions they stopped 2/2 shields from dropping. not sure how accurate it is, but im pretty sure that 2/2 Dont drop in factions, still havent seen a faction skin with 2/2 stats. Any 1337 pc gurus wanna put their word in?

For what it's worth, I was the one who put the note in both articles, and I don't consider GWiki to be the end-all for information.

@dirrty: did you hear that they stopped dropping in both Tyria and Cantha, or just in Cantha? Nobody's seen +damage -1 regen weapons for daggers either iirc.

Supposedly both. There hasnt been any 2/2 faction shields, and the 2/2 prophecies shields being sold are mostly just traded repeatedly. I havent watched the market in a couple of months so i cant say if 2/2 are still dropping in tyria, i would ask dirrtiest, malice, or any of the other PC gurus about that.

Im pretty sure theyve mod certain mods Chapter based, such as +5 energy only dropping in cantha.

I haven't been out farming enough to know for sure if they killed off the 2/2 and 2/3 shields totally off, but I don't think they did in tyria.. I know for sure they don't drop at all in Factions

Got one last night (-2 in stance) on my Prophecies WaMo - dropped in one of the earlier missions.

If I remember right, no Factions shields drop with -2/-2 or -2/-3, but Prophecies shields were never changed. So you can still get them as drops in Prophecies, but not factions. ANyone know if I'm remembering this right?

They're asking about shields with two modifiers, not just one.
