there are 2 new professions with their own features that are new

They updated ALL the faces, including Tyrians and Canthans for the Nightfall Cutscenes.

Yes, characters got facial changes. Most of the changes were really small and hardly noticable. The main target of the changes were around the mouths - to facilitate animation during cut scenes, and eyes, where they fixed a shadow problem. The end result is that mouths are slightly open and the eye's have what looks like eye liner on them.
