Why is wearing all knights armor bad?
I know sounds noobish , but i dont know alot about the game.

Because its been nerfed. And the absorption points aren't global anymore.

It looks like shit and there are better armor to use in most places. I use 15k ascalon when I do spider runs though, which is equivalent to knights.

It's fine if you are pveing someplace where you will only be facing physical damage but that is rare and there are better sets for more general situations.

Previously, Ascalon/Knights armor's absorbtion was global - meaning you only needed to wear 1 piece of it to get the absorbtion for your whole body. That made wearing the whole set pointless, since you it was far better to wear 1 piece of Ascalon/Knights (usually the boots) and wear the rest Gladiators for the extra energy.
Now, Ascalon/Knight's absorbtion is local, meaning you need to wear the whole set to get the absorbtion for your whole body. It's viable, but in general there are a lot of better armor sets. |
