Chkkr isnt droping green
I am using W/N sskai sword farmer build at Chhkr Locust Lord. Fight takes about 1.5 minutes and I win the battle, but I never looted Chhkrs Pincers. It can't be because I didn't killed him enought to loot them. I am killing him for past 1 week, should killed him over 50 times and the best thing he drop was a heros insight xp scrool. What is the chance of getting green drop?

I hate to ask, but are you bringing hencmen?
If not, you'll just have to keep killing him. The drops are completely random. |

Farm him when your country has favor. This increases drop ratios for you. Also, don't farm back to back (anti-farming code kicks in and he stops dropping anything).
lastly: keep at it. Some people have farmed bosses nearly a hundred times and complained about no drops. he may be overfarmed atm; wait for a special event where people are in PvP or idling all their time in LA or the temple or somewhere. I cant understand why there is anti farm because the game is absulutely grind based. I dont care what people say. This game is grind based and every MMORPG is grind based, if it wasn't every warrior would have kurzick 15k dyed black, osidian ranger armor, water design ascetic... But why is anti farm. Then a-net should put more options at earning money.

1) Anet doesn't really have much of a problem with farming, it's just when people exploit bugs, farm an area that gives too much money (therefore getting a large advantage over people who don't farm. This as you probably know leads to nerfing). In fact, I think some Anet person, I think it was Gaile, that said they have no problem with farmers. If they want to farm, then let them. It's just bots they're against. So it's really an anti-botting code. 2) GW is not grind based, due to the level cap. A group of people have proved that it's possible to finish the game with no farming , white non-max weapons , non-max armor , and undyed armor . It's just other people who make you feel like you need that req 7 fellblade, 15k armor and everything dyed black. |

The lootsystem is completely wack since NPE.
1) random system is broken. 2) loot is currently ultranerfed for everyone, could be a follow up of 1 though. |

First - Boss drops are random and some do stink. Just keep going, but take a break every now and then and have that character do a mission or quest, then go back.
I do not like PvP either. There are other goals that will get you money other than farming. Two off the top of my head - Protector of [Cantha/Tyria] I usually get close to 1k (per try) from the missions just trying to get Masters/Mission & Bonus. Another, Grand Master Cartographer of [Cantha/Tyria] lots of fights when uncovering 100% of map. I have two accounts with 7 characters on each and half have 15k armor. I hardly ever farm to get the money or materials I need. Also, check you materials inventory. Do you really need all those materials. (Unless your goal is to have 250 of every item) I sell off any material item that my characters will not need. |

1) whether or not an area has favor has ZERO impact on drops 2) whether or not a large number of people are doing the same thing in their own instance has ZERO effect on drops, this would kind of negate the idea of having your OWN instance The drop system is 100% random, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. |

I hate this favor thing I think I am going to leave europe servers and change to america because europe has favor for very short time periods. I only have seen europe keep favor for long time was few days ago.

Though noone knows whether it is BECAUSE of the Overfarming by others (Ie: the game lowers droprate when more people farm), or whether it is a RESULT of it (Ie: Anet "nerfing" the drop rate of the better and more farmed greens). But either way, the outcome is the same. |

Erm.... Why are you farming that boss ? lol waste of time.
And Bosses dont drop much because they are over farmed. Its normal even if you done 30 runs, there are a lot of people in same situations. Quote:
Those are goals, some people enjoy playing the game to get those ^^. they having fun, its not to make you think they are better then people that dont have those. Each individual enjoys the game the way he wants. |

I guess that's life. I suggest the OP goes for a different boss...unless you want them for yourself. I tried Amadis, Wind of the Sea up to 30 times before he game me his staff. |

To my knowledge, which region holds the favor has to effect on the drops, whatsoever.

I farm Byzzr Wingmender for his Byzzr's Benediction. I've gotten 5 this week alone. My drops seem the same as they've always been when I farm hydras. And chest runs are better than they've ever been for me. So to say they are ultranerfed for everyone is going a bit far imo. The drop system doesnt seem broken, it seems pretty normal to me. |

Which country has the favor has nothing to do with drops, how often things drop, or when things drop AND what drops. I don't know why people continue to believe this is true, because its not! Lets get some a few things straight: 1. Drops are random. When and if you get them is pure luck. 2. Having the favor has nothing to do with drops. 3. Drops become less when bots and people overfarm them. 4. Drops become less if you do the same run over and over again. This also reduces the chance of a green dropping. |
