also kryta area does seem to drop a lot of sickles.
I cant remember where i got my tribal axe

6-20 only but great on charr!

i been farming up to 5 hours of charkilling (lvl24) but no tribal axe, and i seen a max damage one: tribal axe 6-28(req9), i think i searched @ google

The highest damage Tribal Axe I've ever found, I found outside Ventari's Refuge off of one of the Maguuma Centaur Warriors. It was 6-21 damage and white.

Max level is 20..
